II. Assumption of risk. I understand that participation in soccer training organized by Little Training Ground LLC ("LTG") involves inherent physical risks including, without limitation: sprains, fractures, concussions, overexertion, heat illness, contact with other participants or equipment, and injuries from field or facility conditions. I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of my child.
III. Release & waiver of liability. On behalf of myself, my child, and our respective heirs, successors, and assigns, I hereby release, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless LTG, its owners, coaches, employees, contractors, and volunteers (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages — whether known or unknown — arising from my child's participation in any LTG program, session, or event. This release includes claims arising from ordinary negligence of the Released Parties, but does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
IV. Multi-state enforceability. This Agreement is intended to be valid and enforceable in all 50 U.S. states. If any provision is unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remainder shall continue in full force.
V. Medical authorization & emergency consent. I confirm my child is physically fit to participate. In an emergency where I cannot be reached, I authorize LTG staff, EMTs, or medical personnel to administer necessary medical care. I accept financial responsibility for any resulting medical costs.
VI. Media authorization. I grant LTG permission to photograph and video record my child during program participation and to use that content — including my child's image and likeness — for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation. My child's last name will not be used in public-facing content without separate consent.
VII. Code of conduct & general terms. I agree that my child and I will treat all coaches, staff, and participants with respect. LTG reserves the right to dismiss any participant for unsafe or disrespectful behavior without refund. Program fees are non-refundable unless a session is canceled by LTG.
